A. Yes, all our items are hand made unless specified.
Q. Are all the items meant for decoration only?
A. Some of the items are purely for decorative purpose only. The paintings, wall hangings, show pieces are examples of only decorative items. The rest of the items have utilitarian value along with being decorative. Lamp shades in appliqué craft, Boxes of papier mache, cane and grass craft, Table mats in grass and appliqué craft are examples of such items. Q. Do any of the items pose any kind of danger when used?
A. Most of the items on this website are light in weight and have no sharp edges. So they pose no real danger. However glass and metal wires are used in some of the items, which when separated from the original item can pose danger. Some of the items may be heavy for children. It is advisable to keep such items away from children.
Q. Is any item toxic?
A. None of the items that go into making our products are toxic. However some of the paint used in the paintings may have some toxic elements. Hence it is advisable to frame the paintings and use it.
Q. Are all items safe for children?
A. Some of the items contain glass and wires. Some of the items may also be relatively heavy for children. Hence it is advisable to keep these items away from children.
Q. Is there an expiry date for any of the items?

A. The paintings are neither matted nor framed. They are rolled up, packed and shipped to you.
Q. Are the paintings displayed in the art gallery originals?
A. Yes, all paintings are original works of art until and unless specified.
Q. Why some of the paintings displayed do not have the artist’s signature?
A. When you buy a painting or a print the artist signs it and then we send you the painting.

Gift Voucher FAQQ. What is a gift voucher?
A. A gift voucher is like a prepaid credit card. When you buy a gift voucher you are given a code. This code can be used in the payment page when you make a purchase. If the purchase amonut is more than your gift voucher amount you pay the difference only. If the purchase amount is less than the gift voucher amount then you do not pay anything. The purchase amount gets subtracted from your gift voucher amount.
Q. Is it transferable?
A. Gift voucher is like a prepaid card with a code number. The code number can be used by anyone to make a purchase. So it can be transferred from one person to other. This also means that it is prone to misuse by theft. Make sure that your gift voucher code is not stolen by anyone else.
Q. Can it be combined with a discount coupon?
A. No it can not be combined with a discount coupon. For any purchase either a gift voucher or a discount coupon can be used.
Q. Can I use a discount coupon to buy a gift voucher?
A. No. You can use a discount coupon or another gift voucher to buy a gift voucher. In case you want to use a discount coupon or gift voucher for a purchase, your cart should not contain another gift voucher. But to complete the order it is necessary that you make a payment to us. So we charge you a low order fee of $1.00 and credit the same to your gift voucher. So in a nutshell you actualy do not pay anything extra.
