How do we ship?

You get to choose your shipping option when you make a purchase with us. We provide two methods of shipping. "Standard" and "Express". Both options of shipping are done by international couriers. If you have enough time in your hands, then you can go for the Standard shipping option which is cheaper. And if you are in a hurry then Express shipping is what you need. Currently we offer standard shipping to US only. The standard shipping within India is done free of cost.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

Please note that for shipping fee computation the higher of volumetric and actual weight is taken. Volumetric weight is calculated as (length(cms) x breadth(cms) x height(cms))/6000. Sometimes due to logistic and security issues we may stop one or all the shipping services to a particular or group of countries without giving notice for the same.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return policy overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by craftOrissa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the item should reach us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The cost of shipping return items will be borne by the customer.

We take utmost care in packaging all our items. But still if you find any item damaged when it is delivered you can return it. Since craft items can be examined within minutes for any damage, the same if any has to be reported within 5 days of delivery through e-mail. We then send you a confirmation. Then the item can be returned and it should reach us within 30 days of delivery. The cost of shipping exchange items will be borne by the customer.

Please note that products bought under the specials section, i.e. products sold with discounts given by craftOrissa which are declared in the website can not be returned. The products which are bought with its full price (even with discount coupons given by craftOrissa) can only be returned.
In a case where we have refunded the custom duties for you we subtract the duties value before sending you a refund.

How to return and get a refund

To return a packages please go to returns and refunds section and request for a return. We'll send you a confirmation of return through e-mail. You need to take a print out of the same and post it along with the items that you are returning. Please note that the returned items without the return-confirmation printout will not be considered as a valid return.

When do you get the refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of craftOrissa.com receiving your return shipment. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
